SFSA provides this site as a useful resource for diamond shopping, and a retail location for certified loose diamonds and fine jewellery

We at Something Feminine, South Africa, make every attempt to ensure that our online services, product & certificate information is as accurate, reliable and complete as possible. We attempt to describe in detail the product specifications and/or services we offer but in some cases the actual product specification and/or services offered and delivered may differ from the online information, as we are continuously changing, modifying and improving our product & services.

Item Width descriptions. Although the utmost care is taken to ensure the correct product width is indicated, we do allow for variances on item width outcomes. SFSA cannot be held liable for any width errors.

Something Feminine, South Africa prepares certificates and reports in accordance with generally accepted gemmological standards and grading techniques used at the time of the examination and makes no warranty or representation regarding any certificate or report. SFSA’s report shall not be regarded as a warranty of grading characteristics.

Most natural gemstones are treated or enhanced to intensify colour, diminish imperfections and improve durability.

Policy on Conflict Diamonds
At SFSA we only purchase diamonds through the largest and most respected suppliers who, like us, proudly adhere to and enforce the standards established by the Kimberley Process, an international system that police’s the trade of diamonds to ensure they are from sources free of conflict.


You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless, Something Feminine, South Africa , its affiliates, holding company, parents and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, representatives, and third party providers to the Website from and against all losses, expenses, damages, and costs, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, resulting from any violation of this agreement by you. Product and Availability, Pricing

You may choose to view pricing and complete your order in any one of the following currencies: South African Rand, British Pound, Euro and United States Dollar.

If you’re interested in a piece of jewellery that is currently on backorder, call us and we can tell you when the item will be back in stock. Sometimes with the volume of orders we receive, an item can go out of stock before we’re able to post notification to the site. If this happens, we will notify you personally so we can help you find another item.

Infrequently, data (including prices) may be inaccurately displayed on our site due to system or typographical errors. While we make every attempt to avoid these errors, they may occur. We reserve the right to correct any and all errors when they do occur and we do not honour inaccurate or erroneous prices. If a product’s listed price is lower than its actual price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping the product or cancel the order and notify you of such cancellation. If the order has been shipped, you agree to either return the product or pay the difference between the actual and charged prices. Our prices are also subject to change without notice and subject to changes in global commodity prices. We apologise for any inconvenience that this may cause. At SFSA, we always offer the best value by providing the lowest possible price. We do not negotiate prices on our products and all of our prices are final.


 Free local delivery over R2000 nationally
Normal delivery takes 5 – 7 working days from day of order placed and paid for.
We will make every effort to ensure your delivery is within the time frame, but certain factors may affect delivery times and we cannot guarantee every order to be delivered within a specific time frame. Deliveries are made during office hours – 8am to 5pm Mondays to Fridays. Unfortunately, no deliveries will be made on weekends and public holidays.

Please be aware that we may be unable to deliver to certain outer lying areas, or it may cost the customer more in courier fees.

Please ensure that the correct address and person is available to accept the delivery. An additional delivery fee may apply if nobody is at the delivery address at the arranged time and the parcel is returned to the warehouse. The person who takes receipt of the parcel is deemed to be authorised to do so.

Our administrative offices will be closed from 24th December till the 16th January. No deliveries will be able to be made during this period.

Order Cancellation & Return Policy

SFSA offers customers 7 days from the day their order is shipped to cancel or return their order. If you wish to cancel or return your purchase, simply call a diamond and jewellery consultant at Custormerservices@somefem.co.za or dial +27129400333(Customer Service centre hours: Weekdays 9:00 – 17:00).

The customer only pays return shipping fees.

Note that once your item has shipped, your order cancellation will take effect after a) it is returned to SFSA, and b) our Quality Assurance analysis your diamond and verifies that it is in its original condition.

SFSA will not accept returns or exchanges on any order that were custom-made items or made-to-order items.

If you have questions about our cancellation procedure, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Jewellery may be exchanged within 7 days of receiving it. In order to qualify for an exchange, all goods must be in their original condition, packaging and may not have been worn, sized or adjusted.

Jewellery may be refunded within 7 days of receiving it, directly through Something Feminine Jewellers. In order to qualify for a refund, all goods must be in their original condition and may not have been worn, sized or adjusted. Items will be assessed before a refund is confirmed. Jewellery will need to be returned to Something Feminine Jewellers in their original packaging prior to the refund being authorised. Please note that you will also be responsible for any handling fees/costs of return where applicable. Refunds can only be made to the original purchaser.

Please note: Sale items unfortunately do not qualifyfor a refund nor exchange.


  • Body jewellery and earrings, for hygienic reasons.
  • Products purchased at Black Friday. Product will be purchased “voetstoots” as is and are not liable for refund or exchange.
  • Jewellery purchased by way of special arrangement or custom order unless defective
  • Jewellery sold as damaged, defective, used or repaired, as disclosed before purchase
  • Jewellery that has been sized, unless defective
  • If jewellery is defective within 6 months after being received, we will repair, replace or refund, provided that it is a material defect, and that the defect did not develop as a result of abuse, fair wear and tear, or by not following our or the manufacturer’s instructions
  • An item that is not working (eg watch that requires a replacement part) and can be repaired, within a reasonable period, is not deemed to be a material defect as the item will be in working condition once the part has been replaced
  • Any supplier warranties apply over and above the terms of the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008.

Comparison Purchasing

To keep our prices low, we do not allow comparison purchasing. Comparison purchasing is the act of buying several of the same item, keeping the one you like best, and then returning the remainder. This causes undue restocking and inventory overhead and can be very costly.
